Trial Registration Form

All flushing spaniels are allowed in the trial.
Entry fees: $100 dollars per dog in each event (you can pay at the trial or drawing dinner).
There are no membership fees.
Lunch will be provided about 12:00 noon for all Trial entries.
Entry limited to 175 spaniels.
